Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Expert to identify, attract, and qualify high-quality leads that fuel our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital lead generation strategies, outbound prospecting, and data-driven campaign execution across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across digital channels
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads using tools and platforms
  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns
  • Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, paid ads, and data platforms
  • Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion
  • Track performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, demand generation, or inside sales
  • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation techniques
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar
  • Familiarity with email outreach tools and CRM platforms
  • Strong research, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, or content marketing is a plus
  • Experience generating leads for B2B or SaaS companies
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize lead generation funnels
